I know a JDOM tree can have SAX as output, so the answer
is probably yes, but I've never tried it. As you're working
with JDOM, you're probably better placed to try it out and
let us know if and how it works. You're working on and paid
for a JDOM/iText project; we're working on and not paid for
the iText project; you have the advantage in this case ;-)
