Hi Bruno,
I love your iTextSharp product. As I am developing my web application at home,
it is running smoothly, however it fails on the dedicated sever.
Here is what I have on the dedicated server:
1) Windows 2003 server
2) Installed JDK 1.4.2 (Windows platform, Standard Edition 1.4.2_14)
3) Installed Acrobat Reader Version 8.0
4) Made references to Gnu.Classpath.Core.dll, Gnu.Classpath.JAXP.dll,
iTextdotNET.dll, and vjslib.dll assemblies
But, I get the error below at when executing (PdfReader reader = new
PdfReader(agreementLocation).
The type initialize for ‘com.lowagie.tedt.ped.PdfReader’ threw an exception.
Would you please be able to help me with this problem? I can not find any
reference about this exception in your “iText in Action” book, or anywhere on
the internet.
