The only new information we received in this 'extra' explanation, is that you retrieve the documents from the database. Maybe that's where it goes wrong. Maybe the data is corrupted by the way you retrieve the BLOB from the database. I think you're the one not getting the point here: you're not giving us sufficient information to find out what is going wrong in your specific application.
