I see one of your addresses in the membership list of itext-questions. However, it is different from your company address. Only mails from the address that is registered are forwarded to the list. Of course, the list sometimes has hiccups. I have experienced the same problem on a regular basis: sometimes I don't get any mail for a couple of days, then I get everything all at once.
