we want to use this in a medical image repository
pdf files are really well suited to send out, to annotate and add
drawings in extra layers, to review, sign, etc.
So our "problem" is that we want to use the bost possible compression ,
jpeg2000
Technically, it can be done. Luratech doe exactly that with its pdf
compressor, see
