So, for now, iText users who wish to convert SID images to PDF can use the
LOC-supplied SID-viewer to export SID as TIF; and then, use iText to
convert/render the TIF as PDF. Works fine here (tested with ScaleAndTile). From
the successful test, users could infer that the Tiff2Pdf and PhotoAlbum tools
in the iText Toolbox would work with the same strategy.
