Hello All: I've written some code to use iText to generate the PDF's for envelopes (#10 envelope and 6x6 calendars), postcards (3x5 and 4x6), and a few other paper sizes that we use.
The paper size is definitely being created correctly (in iText) - I can open the file and see that the relative page sizes are correct. However, when I go to print the documents, I'm only able to choose from letter or landscape. I assume this is some sort of limitation of the printer driver? Any suggestions on how to get around this issue?
