By throwing away those special features: PdfReader.removeUsageRights()
Note that no product other than Adobe Software can enable those special
features; so you will lose the possibility to store a partially filled
in PDF locally, and other features. You'll end up with an ordinary
PDF form that can be submitted to a server.
