Some remarks: in your original post, you tell us the PDF is created with "an old version of Adobe." But Adobe is a company, not a product. Do you mean the old company structure before Adobe acquired MacroMedia? *just joking* ;-) I interpreted your question as if you said you were using an old version of Adobe Acrobat, but now that I see the results of your small code sample, I see that Acrobat has nothing to do with it. Your form is created with Adobe LiveCycle designer. Now you say you want to get the value of fields. You give us a partial result that contains keys, not fields. That's confusing. What are you looking for? Keys or values? Please rephrase the question because now only you know what you are talking about; BE SPECIFIC.
