The point I was trying to make, is that people have the choice:
1. they can view the free online tutorial for free.
2. they can /buy/ the copyrighted eBook.
3. they can /buy/ the copyrighted printed book.

I also posted one of the clauses from my book contract
explaining that putting too much information on line for
free would be in violation with the book contract.

I even joked that suggestions like yours sounded like an
invitation to violate that contract.

Apart from that, it's my personal opinion that you should
avoid printing web pages as much as possible to save the
environment. But that's just me; I can only set the example.

Anyhow: there are many different reasons why one would
want to prevent easy printing of web pages. I just gave
you two, maybe one day I'll write a FAQ page explaining
the other reasons.
