When there's no answer:

1 - We didn't understand the question.
2 - We're too busy to answer.
3 - We've already answered.
4 - We don't have the time to explain a solution.
5 - We don't have the time to implement a solution (sometimes it's
easier than to explain).
6 - It's not currently our priority (it doesn't mean it's forgotten,
just not for now).

In this case it's 4, 5 and 6.
