Hi XivaX,

iText RTF supports MS Office 2003 using the RTF 1.6 specification. Other
readers may or may not function correctly. When I run the example and open it
in Office 2003 it functions correctly.

Be careful you did not open it with OpenOffice and then accidently save it and
try to reopen it using Office as OpenOffice may modify the file when it writes
it to disk.

Regards,
Howard Shank

Subject: [iText-questions] Shapes are not drawn in rtf File.

Hi all,

Im using OpenOffice under Linux OS. I just tried with example files given,
to draw a Shape.
  Link#1:
http://itext.ugent.be/library/com/lowagie/examples/rtf/features/shape/DrawingObjects.java
  Link#2:
http://itext.ugent.be/library/com/lowagie/examples/rtf/features/shape/DrawingFreeform.java
After executing the above java file, it generates, DrawingObjects.rtf,
DrawingFreeform.rtf. but those doesn't have any shapes... Also, In case of
MSOffice, the shapes are missing.

Plz help me to get rid of this issue. Thnx
