The official tutorial can be found here: http://itextdocs.lowagie.com/tutorial/ (and there's also the book 'iText in Action') The iTextSharp tutorial you are referring to is old and there is no guarantee the examples in those old tutorials will still work. As documented in the official documentation the use of class Table is discouraged.
