I found fixed the bug.

It was my stupid mistake

I was setting the file size to browser, even before creating the file.

But the strange thing is, it worked locally without any problem.

I was putting this line before that file was even created:

MemoryStream msPDF = new MemoryStream();
Response.AddHeader("content-length", msPDF.GetBuffer().Length.ToString());
