This may be no help. I vaguely remember something like this and I think it was
the printer driver on the user's computer that would cause this to sometimes
show up. I'm sorry, that is all I remember. But it was definitely something
that only showed up on some computers.

I am sorry not to have attached the sample PDF page before. I am attaching
the same right now. Please let me know if you require some more information.
The yellow line is right there at the bottom of page and is replicated at
every page except the last one.
