If you are building a client side application, how are
you ever going to know if and where the font are on the
client machine?

Class FontFactory does a fair attempt looking for fonts in
the 'usual font directories' on windows, linux and Mac, but
there is NO GUARANTEE that arialuni.ttf is present on the
client machine.

So your only option will be to ship the font with your
application, for instance inside your jar. Make sure you
have the right to ship the font (maybe you'll have to buy
a license for the font you're using).
