This question is off-topic on this list.
Please create a java.net.URL class with the URL you mentioned.
Then try creating an InputStream with openStream().
I'm 99% sure that an Exception will be thrown as soon as you
try doing something with that InputStream.

Solve that problem and your problem with iText will be solved too.
