I think a combination of the first two... I could just add a bitmap annotation to the PDF that "looks" like a PDF signature or that looks like our "signature" notation.. what i was hoping tho was to present "our signature marker" using a PDF signature... that signature would be "read only"... meaning that it would just "show" that the document was signed. So to recap... Option 1 would be for me to just add a bitmap annotation showing our "signed stamp". Option 2 (preferred) would be to use the signature object instead to show the same inforrmation. Hopefully this makes more sense.
