That's the normal behavior. Prepare a small example showing the problem.

Subject: [iText-questions] Margin Helped (Pdf Layout)

Dear Bruno,

I have currently problems with my PDF layout and hope that you can help me.

My problems are:

I have a top margin (Example: A4 MarginTop = 72) and i want the first line of
all pages starts with
this margin which is independent with their Spacing after/before setting.

Currently my first page is acting strangely. It doesn’t follow my margin
setting. I assume that
it always uses the default margins for the first page.

The content of my Pdf-document is dynamic and every new page can start with
paragraph, capture or even a table.
And I want them to start directly with the top margin and their
„SpacingBerfore“ should be ignored whenever
new page is needed.

That’s all and I really hope that you can give me some advices as soon as
possible.

Thanks in advance,
Secil
