So I can tell you that Adobe's LiveCycle Forms Server, when it is
asked to "archive" an XFA-based form (dynamic or static) will create a
PDF/A-1 compliant PDF document from the XFA and then sign that document.
Signing a dynamic XFA-form only supports signing the form data - there
is no provision for signing the actual template, etc.

Hi Leonard,
yes, xfa based form.
The point is that when archiving a dynamic pdf, I wouldn like to
archive it with script inside, because in the moment the user fill
it with data and digital signed it, some script changed the layout
of the form.
I think that will archiving the form the script should be taken from
the form.
Thank you

Do you mean an XFA-based dynamic form, or something else? If
something else, please explain.
and if the user apply a digital signature to the form, how should
this form be archieved.
As is! Unless you have some extenuating circumstance that
dictates otherwise.
As far as I understand while archiving a form, all the dynamic
script should be removed from the form (similar to a pdf/a).
See above...
What are you criteria for "archiving"?
However, because the final state of the form depends from the user
input, the form will need to me reconstructed at server side while
being archieved.
Why??
