Please provide a standalone java code that reproduces the error. If it
doesn't contain any confidential data, please post the PDF file too.
I'm no PDF specialist, but I would say the culprit is the PDF file. Have you
tried opening it with a PDF viewer? Does it mention the file is corrupted,
and it has to be rebuilt?
