I would also question WHY you need to change the orientation of each page, 
since a PDF files does NOT require that pages be the same size and/or 
orientation.

Why? PDF is a PDL, a Page Description Language.
You can manipulate a PDF on a page basis, but you can't really
edit a PDF in the sense that you can't "reflow" the content.
Your only option is to scale/rotate the pages to fit a specific
page size.
