That code removes the embedded files. You probably have file attachment 
annotations which aren't necessarily listed in the EmbeddedFiles name 
tree. Your question shows that you don't understand the difference 
between a file attachment annotation and an embedded file.

You didn't get any answer because it takes time to make an example. It's 
not really motivating if people WITH time post the same question THREE 
times making the backlog of people WITHOUT time bigger and bigger. The 
same goes for people answering almost every single question with: "Grep 
the source code!" It's fun the first time, it's fun the second time, but 
in the end, one thanks the Lord for the existence of the Delete button.

Ultimately all the answers can be found in the PDF reference; you 
already have a code snippet that shows you how to remove objects from a 
PDF using iText. IF and WHEN I have the time, I'll make you an example.
