I'm not exactly against the patch but it looks like it's pdftk that needs to 
be fixed to interpret '-' as stdin. Let's say that another command line 
application decides that '+' is stdin. Should iText be patched again to 
support another arbitrary symbol? ('-' may be the convention for stdin in 
command line but iText is not a commad line application, pdftk is)
