It is IMPOSSIBLE to prevent a PDF from being saved - just like it's impossible 
to prevent ANY content from being saved.

What you want to do is prevent the MISUSE of the PDF AFTER it has been 
downloaded/saved.  And iText can offer you some limited ability there...
