I need to layout some table content using Chapter/Section (for bookmark
purpose only) but I don't want the chapter number to show up in the text
and the bookmark, how can I do this? Or is there a way I can ignore
those numbers. For example:
I want:
Chapter 1
Section 1
Section 2
Instead of:
1. Chapter 1
1.1 Section 1
1.2 Section 2
