AcroForm text fields don't know the concept of vertical alignment.
If you still want the form to be a form after you've filled it,
your requirement is impossible to achieve.

If it's OK for the form to be flattened, you need to take a look

The coordinates LLX1, LLY1, W1, H1 and LLX2, LLY2, W2, H2
can be retrieved using getFieldPositions.
