There's no such thing as an "editable PDF". Saving a form that is filled out locally requires a Reader Enabled form. Reader Enabling can only be done using Adobe software. > how to do that. Buy Adobe software; make your form Reader Enabled. Or rephrase the question in a more intelligent way. Maybe you're trying to fill out the form programmatically using iText.
