http://www.1t3xt.com/downloads/source/?page=code&id=466 I downloaded the example pdf file from adobe (movieclip_to_pdf_file.zip), however the swf file doesn't seem to be extracted. I put in some println statements around 'if (!PdfName.FILEATTACHMENT.equals(subType)) ' and I can see the only annotation segments from the iterators are Screen and a lot of Link's.
