Oh, you only care about the field values? You don't care about any other potential changes to the document??
Remember that you can have fields whose values are based on other fields (calculations, etc.)...perhaps that is why four fields changed. Also, please note that you are have (in this case) an XFA-based form, which means you may want to use the native XFA information for change detection INSTEAD OF the "AcroForm mirror"...
