Please read these simple rules:

Provide us with a standalone example that allows us to reproduce the 
problem, and we'll have a look at it.

Don't provide us with such an example, and we'll ignore your question.

Before the dotted line is drawn (involving a change of the graphics 
state), saveState() is called; after the dotted line is drawn, 
restoreState() is called. That's how it should be. There is no reason 
why we should assume iText is doing anything wrong.
