Found the problem.

I had copy/pasted the following code from an example for the 417 barcode, still
added a note to check this later.
img.scalePercent(50, 50 * pdf417.getYHeight());//TODO check if this is needed
or needs to be adjusted.

Subject: [iText-questions] How to get PushbuttonField's height?

Hi

I have a PDF form with a PushbuttonField as a placeholder for an image,
this image changes in size and using setIconFitToBounds the image will fit the
width of the button.
What I'd also like is for it to fit the height.

I assume I can use Image's scaleAbsoluteHeight if I know what the height of the
button is, is there a way
to get that?
I looked for dimensions which I can see are typically set when creating the
button, in our case the button
is already on the form, but I don't see how to find the dimensions.

Thanks,
Taariq
