Hello, I have a question about optional content. I have setup the document
when opened to show optional content with the PdfWriter.PageModeUseOC. This
works well as described in the book (a fantastic work) at chapter 13.1 and
12.4.1.
However, I would like the document to open with OC as "List Layers for All
Pages" rather than the default "List Layers for Visible Pages". Is this
possible ?
