Looking at 
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.text.encoding(VS.80).aspx
Encoding class 
i understand that column named "Name" could be used as "friendly-name" for a
particular codepage.

So "utf-32" stands for codepage 65005.

Where does "Cp1254" come from ?  Should (Can) i use "windows-1254" instead ?
