That might be one way to focus the problem but, in such case, how can I achive this kind of "compression" benefit programatically? I've tried setting compression levels in PdfCopy class instances, and also invoked setFullCompression() on both PdfStamper and PdfCopy, but haven't been able to make a worthwhile compression out of a original 1.87MB PDF file, which if opened in Acrobat Reader and then print using the "PDF Creator" (with default settings) windows printer driver, gets shrunk upto 98KB. Any ideas on what could be wrong?
