I wouldn't use iText. I would write a script around something like
GraphicsMagick that can rasterize each page into a bitmap image and then
compare the bitmaps for you.

Subject: [iText-questions] How to Detect doubles in PDF using iText

Hi,

Context:
Thousands of multi-page pdf were generated.
Some of these pdfs contains identical pages that were inserted repetitively
from another pdf

Question:
How can I compare two pdf pages in the same pdf file to detect that they are
identical ?
I just want to compare the "image"
