You can fix it quite easily by replacing the false references in the
/Contents array by the original ones. Unfortunately this way you invalidate
the signature.

In Java this problem can be sidestepped by using a different PDFReader
constructor, cf. the thread I linked to in my previous message. Maybe the
situation is analogous with iTextSharp.
