Hi,

I am currently working on the creation of a PDF document with AcroForms. I
need many type of field in my document. Up to now, I have text field , choice
field, check boxes, radio button.

I frequently run into a problem which is giving me a lot of trouble. At first,
my document is fine with all its field. Then, I add code to create a new field
to my document, like a check box. After re-creating the document with its new
fields, I end up with a document without any field editable. When I use the
advance editing toolbar in Adobe Professional and try to make the fields
visible, I do not see any fields either.

I know then that I made something wrong, but I have no idea what it could be.
Could that be that I am corrupting the fields dictionary? Maybe I created two
fields with the same name? I know the question is very vague, but since I do
not know what I made wrong, I have no clue as where to look.

Can somebody point me in a direction? The document generation works without
any issues. The document open in Acrobat professional without any issue, but I
end up with no fields I can see or edit in it. Since I have no errors
anywhere, I have no clue what I am doing wrong.
