Yes, buy a license for Adobe LiveCycle ES.

That's the only software available world-wide that supports flattening 
of dynamic forms. That is: until somebody decides to sponsor the 
development of an XFA to PDF renderer for iText.

But I fear that most people want everything for free in life. That could 
work if the developers of iText would also get everything they need for 
free... Hmm... interesting thought.
