Hi Everyone!!! We are using the iTextSharp in our application to creating the PDF file. We are working on a website, user interface is developed in Flex and we are using the DotNet Webservices (C#.Net) to interact with Flex application. In our application, user can create an online PhotoBook. After that he/she can order the same for printing. At this point we are using the iTextSharp to create the same.
Every thing and each and every object are plotting at the correct location in the PDF. But we are facing an issue, we tried a lot at our end but not able to find the solution. So thought, we should post here. Might be we will get the solution. Because, here are so much genius brains are associates with it. Our problem is, images (rotated image) are not plotting at the correct location in iTextSharp PDF. As stated earlier we have a very rich Flex UI which gives user to perform all operations like drag-drop, rotation, shadow and many more…, if we rotate any image in the UI and when we go for create the PDF, the rotated image displaced in the PDF. One more thing here we would like to mention that, in flex application items are rotating from center point and in the iTextSharp PDF items are rotating from Lower Bottom corner. Is their any sort of mechanism in iTeshSharp to rotate the image from center point with mention Degree of rotation. Hope we are clear with our issue. Looking towards positive collaboration.
