The iTextSharp mailing list has been closed down because there are more 
PDF experts on the iText mailing list. There should be a counterpart of 
setInitialLeading() in iTextSharp. You could also try replacing your 
Phrases by Paragraphs. That could also solve the problem (but I'm not sure).
