We prefer one channel: the mailing list.

I only look at the Tracker @ sourceforge when I make a release.

It's not very efficient, and at times frustrating, if people
use all kinds of different channels to post bugs.

People had the opportunity to comment on my blog, but I had
to remove this functionality, because for some reason,
developers started copy/pasting source code in those comment
sections. That's when I had to remove comments from my blog.

I've received questions on the Author Online forum, on my
personal Facebook page, in my private INBOX, you can't
imagine how resourceful people are if they want to bug
somebody ;-)

The general rule is: post questions to the mailing list.
Don't use any other channel.
