Hi,
I am having the same problem
All the samples show how to include TSA or OCSP responses into PKCS7 using
certificates in which you can access the private key, but when you sign
using a smartcard this is not possible so you can’t use the samples in this
case.
Can someone provide some samples in which we can see how to include TSA or
OCSP responses when using external hash?.
