Where is the best place to look for a list of errata and/or to alert the author of potential errata prior to actual publication? I just downloaded the eBook yesterday. Right below Listing 1.2 HelloWorldNarrow.java (p20), it looks like there's an error in the description of the margins. The example has new Document(pagesize, 36f, 72f, 108f, 180f), but the description immediately afterwords says that the RIGHT margin is 36 user units and the LEFT margin is 72 user units. I assume the description is backwards. The description of the margins that actually appear on the document (p21) looks correct.
