I guess I don't understand, are you confirming that the controls disappear
but say the multiple selections work? Hope so, cause this means I am not
crazy... Also how can you tell the multi selections work when the controls
aren't visible?

Yep noticed the changes in 5.0.1.1 when I upgraded from 5.0.0 on monday.
Had to change some code but nothing major, other features of itextsharp I am
using work great. Just seems to be the listbox multi selection that cause
all my problems with SetValues and SetListSelection.

Thanks
Rob
