Are we looking at the same font? I mean: you are talking about the text: "universitair onderwijscentrum groningen", "bureau van de universiteit", the phone numbers, and the address (which all look fine to me). We are NOT talking about "rijksuniversiteit groningen" which is a raster image (no real font) and somewhat more ugly (can be solved by using another image). Can you make a screenshot of the problem?
