Also, a temporary workaround could be amending your height line to add 1 point:

Document document = new Document(new Rectangle(350f, main.getTotalHeight()+1f));

Not got much time to be honest, so might have to leave it...

I also set useAscender/decender(true) to the tables default cell.  But still
the whole document is cut wrongly.
