Someone has to add that ability.  You can add it, you can wait for
someone to add it for you (a long wait, the HTML converter has been that
way for a Long Time), or you can pay someone through iText Software to
do it for you.

OR, you can find an HTML->PDF converter that already handles fields.
There might be a couple out there, but I don't remember off the top of
my head.
