Seems like you're trying to "edit" an existing PDF document. That's not what PDF is for. Or are you creating a PDF from scratch? In that case, you can position the text fields using a Chunk with a generic tag. All in all, your question is not clear enough to answer it correctly. You may be trying to do something that is obvious for somebody who has read the documentation, or you may be trying to do something that is impossible.
