thx a lot for your great work. By debugging i better understood that the problem is that moddate attribute (and probably other things) will change at every open. I think that, now that the problem is clear, i can solve it quickly. I have yet some doubt... My input document is a PDF/A, that (by specification), is an unmodifiable. This is non really true because i can sign it, so i will modify it! I understand why itext will modify the moddate at each save, but i think that PDF/A and modDate are in conflict. But i think this is a specification problem.
